By combining a clear change strategy with technology and AI, the company is building a tool that not only informs but recommends the “next best action.” From integrating stakeholder-specific communications to automating reminders, calendar integration, and low-impact change alerts, the tool is being developed to serve as the central access point for all change-related information. Currently in the prototype phase, they will share insights into their decision-making process, early learnings, and future plans. I have +10 years of experience developing Internal Communication, PR, Events and Change Management in some of the most recognized companies in the world. With that, I could understand how to make a better approach between Senior executives and more than +100 thousand employees. Deliver a communication culture and build a bond, transforms work environment and keep employees' motivation, especially during changing scenarios.
